Changing your picture

Changing your picture is actually a three-step process:

1. Click on the "my account" link to the left.
2. Delete the existing picture by checking the box and press Submit.  DO NOT HIT THE DELETE BUTTON!
3. Select the new picture to upload and press Submit.

(it really ought to be a one-step process, but not currently.)
