So far we have...

First of all, thanks to everybody that's pitching in and stepping up. Our menu line up is as follows:
- Friday Din: I'll do my chilli and hopefully some cornbread.
- Saturday Breakfast: Siryn and Unga volunteered something, but I'm not sure what. (I just went down the list, if you guys would perfer to do it Sunday, that's fine, just let us know.)
- Saturday Din: Siryn and Unga, same deal.
- Sunday Breakfast: ***OPEN***
- Sunday Din: BubbaJohn with grilled chicken, mac & cheese, and room for other contributions.
- Monday Morning will probably be a little bit of recovery, hugs, and good-byes. :-(
SOOOOooo, if somebody will/ can sign up for Sunday (and maybe Monday?) breakfast, that would be great. I'll bring some extra breakfast items like bacon, eggs, and maybe some oatmeal or grits to contribute to other peoples breakfast, plus a few other surprises. ALSO, maybe contact me off list to let me know who/ how many will be joining, and I'll get in touch with the other cookers to let them know. (So we don't much up the website with all that.) If you can't contribute a meal, then clean-up help is always ALWAYS welcome.

hope 30 pounds of legs and thighs will be enough for all !!!!BuBba JoHn

I'll be bringing some food to contribute to meals as well as some extra h2o for dishes and sturdy plates. I'll volunteer myself up to clean up after some meals. I'll also be available to help cook meals if needed. Have no fear, I'm here to serve. *bows*~Lydia

I know BACON has to be a staple for breakfast, but not sure what else yet (Maybe pancakes and syrup). Unga and I are strategizing this weekend and I'll have the two meals listed by this Sunday hopefully!I cook much easier for large crowds so I may do a combo omnivorous (not sure)/ then veggie plan (my homemade hummus something) for the dinner part! so no worries MEATEATERS! Siryn

I don't mind cleaning up after myself when cooking.
the trick is to keep up with it and plan a bit.
Siryn and I talked about breakfast biscuits
Bacon/Polenta biscuits w/wo cheese. The polenta cuts in slices perfect for a breakfast sandwich like that.
Dinner, well - I don't remember for sure what we were going to do. But she had a plan and I'm sticking to it.
